is my first time trying this thing out I got everything set up you know I got my
leg strap built in right here got my ring fit thingy ring I am ready to work

kinesiology so I know a little bit about exercise so we’ll see of ring fit can

terms of like my overall opinions but this is probably the greatest no joke
like no kept like the greatest exercise game ever created this resistance-band
thingy is ingenious because no matter how strong you are when you have to hold
it it gives you that toning that muscle building you don’t say it’s gonna give
you that workout I’m literally like sweating the squats and like the
exercises are fantastic this is one of the best if not the best exercise game
that I’ve played and it definitely works 100% works okay you know as I said you
know I’m I did kiss geology you know I used to be personal training and this is
fantastic it really is really good I’m really impressed you know I know it took
me a little bit to get to it but I’m really impressed with how well this
actually works um I got big old running back legs you know what I’m saying
so this well it’s just kind of mess it up for me in terms of sliding down but
um man it’s great it’s great – a lot of fun and if you’re looking for a workout
from home this would be it I mean like when I don’t go to the gym I’m probably
gonna do this like serious like I didn’t go to the gym I’m not going to the gym
